Our company was founded in 1975 as “ERTUGLAR CO”; back then our workshop space was only 90 m2 which was situated in an industrial estate by the name of Demir Sanayi. Ertuglar Co. continued to grow until by 1979 the workshop space was 400 m2 in an industrial estate by the name of Ostim.Then in 1981 the commercial name of our company changed to Emge Kollectif Co.Electro Mechanic Equipments Industry. By 2002 our company had moved in to its own premises of 3000 m2.Emge gradually expanded their range of products over the years, paying special attention to producing high quality products and customer satisfaction. As a result the company was awarded a certificate of ISO 9001-2000.

Through its 7 workshops, our company manufactures various products to several different sectors. Many achievements have been made towards producing our own name brands. By strengthening our infrastructure and keeping up with growing technology we were able to exceed the expectations of our customers and provide a high level of services.Our skilled staff enabled Emge to realize their goals and contribute to Turkey’s economy. Our products range from but are not limited to:Analogue and Digital measurement devices, current transformers, manufacture born connectors, manufacture buksel sockets, ultrasonic welding works, manufacture medium voltage safety equipment, metal cutting, plastic injection press works; hose cutting machines, adjust mounting belts, customized machinery Our Electric – Electronic Department produces:Panel type measurement devices with analogue and digital technologies (Ampermeter, volt meter, cosinusfimeters wattmeter, heat control devices and vibrate type of frequence-meters.), low voltage current transformers, born connector Buksel socket, medium voltage safety equipment,ultrasonic welding, 95.4 % of the analogue ampere meter and voltmeters are made on mass production, and 100% of the vibration type frequence meters, low voltage current transformers are our own products.Components of digital electronic products are supplied from the domestic market and then the production of the mechanical parts and the assemblies of electronic components are performed in our workshop too.Our mechanical department has a large machine park; here we are able to do:Plastic injection press – works form 1 g to 1.5 Kg, thermosets, bakelite, melamine, composite products – reinforced with glass wool, automators, CNC lathes with C Axis and CNC centers, metal cuttingFurthermore, cutting, plastic injection, metal injection and custom made molds are produced.Mechanical and plastic parts of our products from our Electric - Electronic Department are manufactured in our Mechanical Department.Measurements controls of products that are produced in our mechanical department are performed in our Mechanical Department are performed by our 3 dimension CMM Control System.
